Apple and coffee jam

The taste of childhood memories when a little drop of sweet liquor was exceptionally granted to children.

Apple sweetness with light coffee delicacy.

It gives a particular taste to cakes and biscuits; sublime with fresh goat’s ricotta and semi-aged cheeses. It is also excellent enjoyed alone!

INGREDIENTS: apples (59%), sugar, coffee lemon juice, sambuca liquor

Banana and chocolate jam

Made for the little ones but very appreciated by the grownups. The banana sweet taste is tempered by the tenacity of dark chocolate in a very particular combination.

Energetic at breakfast, ideal as ingredient for unusual tarts and biscuits.

INGREDIENTS: bananas (22%), apples (22%) sugar, dark chocolate, coffee, lemon juice, vanilla

Apricot and almond jam

Only summer gives this wonderful and irresistible fruit. For this reason we have preserved flavor and color for the winter in a creamy jam, enriched with almonds to give energy.

Delicious for breakfast, ideal for filling cakes and tarts and surprisingly special with semi-seasoned cheeses.

INGREDIENTS: apricot (65%), sugar, almonds (3%).

Orange and walnut jam

Orange jam is a classic of excellence for the slightly bitter aftertaste. Ours is made only with he orange pulp and embellished with walnuts that give it a tantalizing flavor.

Spread on bread for breakfast or snack; excellent for preparing sweets, especially with cheeses, blue and seasoned, with delicate fish and roasted meat.

INGREDIENTS: orange pulp (48%), brown sugar, nuts (3%).

Strawberry and chili jelly

Clarity and transparency reflect strawberry red and chili green pepper.

A delicate and at the same time final combination. The light spicy chili pepper is a fresh note leaving intact he strawberry sweetness.

Irresistible on fresh cheeses but also on semi-seasoned cheeses; a particular topping for ice cream as well as dark chocolate; ideal for unusual biscuits.

INGREDIENTS: strawberries (95%), sugar, green chili pepper, lemon juice, jelling sugar.

Pepper and Crusco compote

The Crusco, a typical Lucanian product, is a red pepper, which is dried in the summer sun and then entrusted to winter for various uses. We made it crispy and then combined with the yellow pepper to form a very special jam.

It goes well with savory dishes, with aged or semi-aged cheeses; daring as a fish seasoning and, for its sweet and sour taste, it goes well with meat roasts.

INGREDIENTS: yellow peppers (67%), sugar, vanilla berry, dried red peppers

Onion and apple compote

Between the apple and the onion a happy union, in a riot of ancient and fragrant spices that evoke memories of distant lands and nostalgia hidden in the sweet and sour scent.

Simply on toast; excellent to enhance the taste of delicate cheeses and at the same time ideal to temper seasoned ones; special seasoning for boiled meat.

INGREDIENTS: Tropea onions (28%), apples (28%) brown sugar, mixed spices (juniper, pepper, cloves) apple vinegar, Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP

bran and aglianic jelly

Once upon a time there were simple ingredients and natural products, created with love and seriousness. Peppers, Black Grapes, sun and sweat. Once again Lucanian scents inspire Marmellando in creating the jelly of Crusco Red Pepper and Aglianico del Vulture red wine jelly.

Unique and inimitable, it stands out for its ruby color and soft texture that taste of fruit and warmth. The Aglianico del Vulture red wine DOC gives a fragrant and floral scent, while the red pepper of Senise IPG gives a dry and ancient flavor in a perfect combination.  

It is good on bread to eat at breakfast: it therefore goes well with all dishes, without exception.
